Send us your openings
Send your address, a few photos and the size of each window or door by WhatsApp or the quote form. We price your order from these.
Step 01
You get a written quote
Your quote shows the product, finish, price, delivery and warranty, with installation by our distributor or supply-only. It is valid for 7 days.
Step 02
We make it in Lusaka or Alrode
Accept the quote and we make your order. Trellis doors and burglar bars take 5 to 7 working days; custom gates and shutters 15 to 21, plus a week for galvanising. DuPlus doors and bars, and strongroom doors, are made in our Alrode factory.
Step 03
Delivery and installation
The Robo Door distributor in Zimbabwe delivers and installs your order. If you chose supply-only, we ship it from Lusaka or Alrode for your own fitter.

Custom Built
Made for your opening
Nothing here comes off a shelf. We make trellis doors, security gates and burglar bars to your measurements in our own factories in Alrode and Lusaka, and every security gate is quoted to your design.
Gates cut to your design
Driveway and pedestrian gates are made to the width of your opening, plain or laser-cut in a pattern like this bamboo design. Custom gates take 15 to 21 working days to make.
Roller shutters to size
Roller shutter doors are made to measure for garages, workshops and farm sheds like this one. Allow 15 to 21 working days. Roller shutter doors carry a 2-year warranty.
Garage doors that match
Robo Door garage doors are made to measure, with a 1-year warranty on the door and motor. Pair one with a laser-cut pedestrian gate in the same colour, as here.
Burglar proofing for any opening
Burglar bars are made to the size of each window and door, for houses, flats, shops, offices and farms. We make them in 5 to 7 working days, in a style to suit the building.

Guarantee
The Robo Door Break-In Repair Guarantee
If a forced break-in attempt damages a Deluxe trellis door or Deluxe Fixture bars within five years, we repair or replace the Robo Door-made parts that were damaged. Open a police case and send us the case number, photos and a written claim within 30 days, and we inspect before we repair. It applies when the product was installed by Robo Door or an authorised installer and properly maintained. Labour is excluded unless agreed, one claim per incident, and changes to the product void it.
