Aircon Covers

The AC manufacturer's airflow and clearance rules come first; the look of the cover comes second. Before we design anything, we record the condenser size, which way the fan blows, the pipework, the service panels and the surface it mounts on.

Sized to your unit

Slat or louvre spacing and the overall size are set around your actual unit, not a standard decorative box, so there is open area all round the condenser.

Fixing points

Fixings stay clear of service panels, drainage and pipework, whether the cover sits on the wall or the ground.

Access for the technician

Your AC technician should reach the unit without taking the cover apart. Where the site needs it, we add a section that opens or lifts off.

The cover does not replace the AC manufacturer's requirements or warranty.

Product: AC Cover.

Finish

Steel can be powder coated, sandblasted and primed, electroplated, or hot-dip galvanised and powder coated; aluminium is powder coated. The paint warranty runs from one to five years depending on the finish, and galvanising adds rust cover of up to ten years inland. Robo Door AC Covers carry a 2-year manufacturing warranty. The full table is on the warranty page.
