Robo Door Boiler Cover
A steel screen for a geyser, boiler or heat pump that keeps service access and ventilation, made to measure. Access panels open for servicing; the open area follows the equipment's ventilation needs.
Covers for geysers, boilers and heat pumps
We design the cover around the equipment, not the other way round. Outdoor water heaters need ventilation, clearances and service access, so we record the pipework, valves, controls and maintenance points before drawing the screen.
Service access
Opening or removable sections let a plumber or technician reach the controls without lifting off the whole cover.
Heat and air
A good-looking box that holds in heat is a bad cover. The screen must never restrict the heat release or airflow the unit needs.
Finish for the spot
We choose the finish for how exposed the equipment is.
The equipment manufacturer's installation and warranty requirements stay separate and take priority.
Product: Boiler Cover.
Finish
Steel can be powder coated, sandblasted and primed, electroplated, or hot-dip galvanised and powder coated; aluminium is powder coated. The paint warranty runs from one to five years depending on the finish, and galvanising adds rust cover of up to ten years inland. Robo Door Boiler Covers carry a 2-year manufacturing warranty. The full table is on the warranty page.
- Wall-mounted or freestanding
- Slats, louvres or panels
- Steel or aluminium
- Colour coordinated with the house

Every Robo Door quote gives you two options. With Installation: we measure and fit it. In Gauteng our own team fits; elsewhere in South Africa the Robo Door location for your town does, in Zambia our Lusaka team, and the Robo Door distributor in most other markets. Supply Only / DIY: supplied to your measurements for your own fitter, in all twelve markets.
