Robo Door Gas Bottle Cover
A ventilated, lockable steel cover for LPG gas bottles, made to measure. Your gas installer sets the cylinder position first; we make the cover around it with ventilation and bottle-change access.
Ventilated covers for LPG gas bottles
Your registered gas practitioner decides where the cylinders go and how much ventilation they need. We build the screen to those requirements. The cover never overrides the ventilation, separation or access the gas installation calls for.
Ventilation and access
The screen lets the required air through and keeps cylinder changes, valve access and inspection easy. Doors and locks are placed around that routine, so whoever swaps the bottles is not fighting the cover.

Gas compliance stays with the gas practitioner and the requirements that apply to your installation.

Finish
Steel can be powder coated, sandblasted and primed, electroplated, or hot-dip galvanised and powder coated; aluminium is powder coated. The paint warranty runs from one to five years depending on the finish, and galvanising adds rust cover of up to ten years inland. Robo Door Gas Bottle Covers carry a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Every Robo Door quote gives you two options. With Installation: we measure and fit it. In Gauteng our own team fits; elsewhere in South Africa the Robo Door location for your town does, in Zambia our Lusaka team, and the Robo Door distributor in most other markets. Supply Only / DIY: supplied to your measurements for your own fitter, in all twelve markets.
