From One Factory to Two
2005
Robo Door Begins
Robo Door was founded in 2005 with a focus on manufacturing practical burglar-proofing products made for South African homes and businesses.
Growth
Growing the Operation
As demand grew, Robo Door expanded its manufacturing capability, product range and installation operation while keeping production under its own control.
2018
Second Factory
Robo Door opened its first factory outside South Africa, in Lusaka, extending manufacturing capacity into Zambia and the markets around it.

Manufacturing Across Africa
Today Robo Door manufactures from its own factories in Alrode and Lusaka and supplies 12 African countries. In Gauteng our own team measures and fits; elsewhere in South Africa the Robo Door location for your town does, and in Zambia our Lusaka team. In the other markets a named Robo Door distributor fits, or we supply for your own fitter, and the quotation says who before you order.
