Already a Robo Door customer? Send your claim in writing with your quotation number, the installation address and date, the finish, and clear photographs of the problem. For a break-in on a Deluxe Trellis Door or Deluxe Fixture, add the police case number within 30 days of the incident. We assess a claim within 10 working days of receiving complete documents. Claims from Zambia go to the same address.
