Excellent service from start to finish. Dylan was knowledgeable and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Got 11 quotes: only Dion followed up with phone calls, came on installation day to ensure I was happy

Excellent sales offering and after-sales customer service by the salesperson Dion Phakathi. I requested quotations from 11 service providers, but only Dion cared enough to check thereafter, with phone calls. He is one hell of a salesperson.

He kept me up to date with the process from the first day until the last installation day. He even came on the day of installing to make sure that I was happy with the product and the work the guys did. I'd recommend Dion to all, and the Robo Door products. The pricing was really competitive too. Thank you for awesome service.

Mark on site within an hour of my call: 2 sliding gates, Red team arrived early, prices very competitive

From my enquiry phone call, Mark and his team arrived at my address within an hour, took measurements, and quoted an acceptable price for 2 sliding security gates. Upon payment, Lisa phoned to confirm installation date.

The Red Team of Justin and Vee even arrived early and installed the 2 sliding security gates in record time and in a very professional manner, cleaning up as they worked. I highly recommend Robo Door for all security gates and burglar bars — their prices are very competitive. They get 5 stars from me.
