Penuel and Vumalani: brilliant, efficient, cleaned up along the way

Honesty was highly appreciated: they fixed the error rather than forcing the gate through

Awesome service. Julian was patient and gave me a proper explanation of what I could expect. There was a setback with measurements, which can be frustrating, however their honesty was highly appreciated instead of them forcing to install the gate to get it over and done with. They fixed the error and ensured that it would be done in a few days. Thank you to the Orange team for their professionalism. They left the place clean and did an excellent job.

Exceptional service. Quickest turnaround time on reaching out for quotations. Luke was amazing — I appreciated the flexibility to accommodate my urgent request. The Yellow team was on site 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards and took the time to show me how to use my newly installed gate best.

Ramon explained options patiently and quoted every variant: colour blends perfectly

Wow. What an experience it was to deal with a business who actually still delivers great customer service. From ease of enquiry (web-based), the prompt call-back, the great service rendered by the sales consultant Ramon Pepler, to the installation two weeks later (over public holidays) by Justin and his team.

A special thanks to Ramon who explained the options and patiently gave me a quote for every option. Robodoor is highly recommended with no reservations whatsoever — and to top it all off the end product looks great and the colour blends perfectly with the door frame.
