Brought a generator when we had no electricity: they really go the extra mile

Absolutely a pleasure to deal with — quick and efficient. They came out to do the installation and we had no electricity. They did all they could to help and before they had even left the premise their office had gotten hold of me to arrange a new installation date. The Yellow installation team came out and even brought a generator with them, which was a good thing because once again I was sitting without power.
