Laser cutting for sheet metal, including decorative panels, branded inserts, signage, brackets and fabrication components produced from approved cutting files.
Robo Door laser-cuts steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet in-house for its own gates, fencing, privacy panels and wall art, and for third-party work. Parts are cut from approved DXF or vector files, with material, thickness and edge quality confirmed before quotation, and can move straight into fabrication and powder coating.
Laser cutting is useful wherever repeatability and clean geometry matter.
Robo Door uses in-house laser cutting for its own gates, privacy panels, wall art and fabricated components, and can assess third-party cutting work as well. The machine converts an approved production file into accurately repeated shapes that can then move into welding, bending, finishing or assembly.

The source artwork or CAD file has to be clean enough to cut, and very fine unsupported details may need adjustment.
Cutting is one stage of the job.
Where required, laser-cut parts can move directly into Robo Door’s fabrication, surface preparation and powder-coating processes.
