Trellis doors and burglar bars in Alberton

Alberton is our home town. The factory is at 18 Barium Street, Alrode, a few minutes from most Alberton homes, so some customers here skip installation altogether: 8 orders were supply-only, collected from the factory and fitted by the customer.

124 orders in two years

Our records for the 24 months to September 2026 show 124 orders with an Alberton delivery address. Robo Door installed 87 of them; the rest were collections or repairs. 23 were repair or service jobs on existing gates and bars, and Alberton is the shortest service run we have.

• 99 trellis doors: 72 Econo, 23 Deluxe, three DuPlus and one Alu-Deluxe.
• 115 burglar-bar panels, led by Econo Fixture Lite at 64, with 11 Alu-Deluxe Fixture panels going onto aluminium windows.
• 14 security gates, three garden gates and two roller shutter doors.

Those went to New Redruth, Brackenhurst, Meyersdal, Randhart and Alberton North.

These figures cover Robo Door orders placed in the 24 months to 9 September 2026, matched on the delivery address. Some addresses name more than one area, so the area totals on this site overlap. Do not add them together.

Weather and the finish

Inland Alberton is easy on steel. A sheltered door needs sandblast, primer and powder coat, which carries a three-year paint warranty. Galvanise a gate that stands in the open; that adds five years of rust cover.

Trellis doors start from R3,500 and burglar bars from R1,000. Get a quote, or call 082 888 1919 if you'd rather talk it through.
