What you give up against Deluxe
Econo rivets every third upright; Deluxe rivets every one, in heavier steel. Econo carries a 5-year Econo manufacturing warranty and no Break-In Repair Guarantee. If the door guards your main entrance, compare the Deluxe first.

Econo has no plastic handles. On a ground-floor door you open every day, ask for handles on your quote.

All four take a slam lock, a deadlock or both, up to three locks per door. Deluxe and Alu-Deluxe keep the lock cylinder behind the handle; DuPlus guards it with a lock-keep. Deluxe and Alu-Deluxe run on aluminium tracks, DuPlus on steel.
Finish and colour
Bronze, charcoal, white or sand come as standard. Any other colour, or hot-dip galvanising, adds a week to the making time.
Powder coating, sandblasting and primer, electroplating or galvanising: the finish you pick sets how long the paint and rust cover lasts where you live. The warranty page has the table.
What we measure
The door folds to one side, so we measure the wall beside the opening as well as the opening itself. The stack has to clear nearby doors and furniture.
Questions about Econo Trellis Door
What is the difference between a trellis door and a hinged burglar door?
A trellis door folds to one side on a track, so it suits wide openings and doors you leave open. A hinged burglar door swings like a normal door and suits a single doorway with space to open into.
What is the difference between a trellis door and a sliding security gate?
A trellis door folds up like a concertina and stacks at one side. A sliding security gate is one rigid panel that slides along a track beside the opening, so it needs side space.
Can I have all my locks keyed alike?
Yes. Ask for keyed-alike cylinders when you order.

Choose it for a single doorway with room to swing; if the gate must fold fully away, choose a folding trellis door.
